Scottish Statutory Instrument 2008 No. 327, The Bluetongue (Scotland) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2008 is now available from the Office of Public Sector Information website.
This Amendment Order came into force on the 4th October 2008.
The purpose of this Amendment Order is to specify provisions for
The treatment of the various bluetongue zones referred to in the principal Order.
Adjustments to existing provisions in relation to powers of veterinary inspectors, officers and inspectors.
Revisions to the provisions dealing with the movement of animals from restricted zones, including movement of vaccinated animals.
